3. Scope

This policy applies to Personal Data collected through:

  • The Site (including enquiry/contact forms),
  • Our communications with you (phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar),
  • Tracking technologies used on the Site (cookies, pixels, tags).

This policy does not apply to third-party websites/apps you may access through links on our Site (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Those are governed by their own policies.

A) Data you provide

When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect:

  • Message/enquiry details (e.g., interest, location, budget range, timeline—only what you choose to share)

If you call/message/email us, we may keep records of those communications (including call notes, chat content, and email threads).

B) Data collected automatically (website + device)

5. What we do NOT intentionally collect

We do not intentionally request or collect through the Site:

  • Aadhaar/PAN or other government IDs,
  • health data or other highly sensitive identifiers.

Please do not send such sensitive data through website forms or messaging unless specifically requested for a legitimate purpose through a secure channel.

6. How we use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

  • arrange calls/meetings/site visits as requested,

10. Marketing communications and opt-out

If you submit an enquiry, you authorize us to contact you via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar to respond and share relevant information.

You can opt out of promotional communications anytime by:

  • replying with an opt-out request (e.g., “Stop”), or
  • clicking unsubscribe (where available), or
  • emailing utkarsh@thegres.com.

Operational/transactional messages (e.g., replying to your enquiry) may still be sent as needed.

11. Data retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically:

  • Leads/enquiries and communications: up to 24 months from last interaction
  • Analytics/pixel data: retained per platform settings and internal needs
  • Security logs: typically up to 180 days, unless needed longer for investigations
  • Legal/compliance: as required by law

We then delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including access controls and security monitoring. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

14. Grievance redressal (India)

15. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located in India or other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place with vendors.

16. Children’s privacy

The Site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent revision.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
