4. Real estate project disclaimer (RERA/approvals/specs)

Project details (including images, renderings, layouts, amenities, specifications, pricing, and availability) may be based on information received from developers/sellers/authorized representatives and may change.
You must verify all critical details (including approvals, RERA registration, specifications, pricing, payment terms, possession timelines, and availability) directly with the relevant developer/seller and through official documentation before making decisions.

5. Enquiries and communications

By submitting an enquiry, you authorize us to contact you (phone/email/SMS/WhatsApp) to respond and share information relevant to your enquiry. Your marketing preferences and opt-out options are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All Content is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
