Clearer Information. Better Coordination.

GRES supports customers exploring residential projects managed by GRES through current project information and coordinated assistance.

What You Can Expect

01

Understand the Project

Receive current project information through GRES and authorised project channels.

02

Visit the Project

Coordinate your project visit through GRES or your Channel Partner.

03

Follow the Official Process

Bookings, documentation and payments follow the concerned project's authorised process.

04

Enquiry Is Not a Booking

An enquiry or site-visit request does not reserve a unit/plot or create a booking, allotment or purchase commitment.

05

Stay Connected

Receive applicable customer communication through the project journey.

Payment Safety

All project consideration must be paid only through the concerned project's authorised RERA Collection Account. GRES does not receive project consideration from customers into a GRES account.

Before Making a Purchase

Customers should independently review the concerned project's RERA records, promoter information, statutory approvals, unit or plot details, pricing, applicable charges, specifications, payment terms, legal documentation and completion information before purchasing.
