GRES may support a residential project before registration through market research, land assessment, feasibility, planning, approvals coordination and consultant management. Where RERA registration is applicable, customer-facing advertising, marketing, booking and sales begin only after the required project registration is in place.

Payment Safety

All project consideration must be paid only through the concerned project's authorised RERA Collection Account using the official project payment process. GRES does not receive project consideration from customers into a GRES account. Do not transfer project consideration to personal accounts, unknown accounts or unofficial payment routes. If a payment instruction appears inconsistent, verify it through the official project team before transferring funds.
